This is one of our favourite green salad recipes, which is quick and easy to make.
Detox Health Beauty’s Simple Green Salad
1 mixed bag of salad
1 small bunch of chives
2 sticks celery
1 small bulb fennel
4 spring onions
1 handful of watercress
1/2 cup of alfalfa sprouts
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 clove of garlic
1 pinch of salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Add the leaves and alfalfa sprouts to the bowl and finely chop all the other ingredients.
Blend the ingredients for the dressing using a high powered blender like a Nutri Bullet or a Vitamix.
Mix the salad and dressing well and serve immediately.
