This deliciously sweet green smoothie packs a nutritious punch and is quick and easy to make:
The flesh of 1 papaya
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of blueberries
The juice of 1 lime
2 green apples
With 500mls of Vitacoco Coconut Water
I added 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder (optional as an acquired taste - the smoothie will be less green in colour without this).
