Wheatgrass is a great source of chlorophyll, fibre, protein, vitamins A, B complex, C, E and K and is also a good source of minerals like potassium, zinc, iron, manganese, calcium, magnesium and selenium.
Although you get the full benefit of wheatgrass from the living plant, freeze dried powder is the next best thing. You just mix the powder with water and it’s fairly palatable. At the moment, I use Synergy Natural Wheatgrass and notice a difference in my energy levels when I have a shot of this every day.
