The title of this recipe might suggest that it's time consuming and tricky to make but I promise that it's not. In fact, this breakfast/snack is super simple to whip up and once it's ready, you can store in the fridge for 2 - 3 days. Angela Liddon suggests making parfait style portions in portable jars (I use Kilner jars from Lakeland or the local hardware shop), which you can just toss in your bag and run out the door!
The chia seed jam is really tasty and you could add it to coconut yoghurt, pancakes and vegan ice cream too (Booja Booja's still my favourite).
