I made this quickly as a pre running energy booster but this simple, nutritious smoothie would make for a healthy breakfast or mid morning snack. It's a good idea to eat a handful of nuts or seeds alongside, to balance blood sugar levels and for a dose of healthy fats.
1 small handful of goji berries
400mls water or coconut water
Blend for a minute using a high speed blender like a NutriBullet, Nutri Ninja or Vitamix and drink immediately.
