Garlicky Kale Salad With Crispy Chickpeas by Minimalist Baker
You’ve got to try this recipe. The dressing is utterly delicious and this warm salad is filling, garlicky, flavoursome and really easy to make. Basically, you roast the seasoned chickpeas and garlic for 20 mins or so, then dress the kale and assemble. Simple.
For the tandoori masala spice, I used Bart's Garam Masala blend, which is a blend of coriander, cumin, turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, cloves, ginger, dill seed and cardamom.
