This Green Smoothie packs a nutritional punch, contains a good dose of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytonutrients and is a really quick and easy way to take on fruit and green leafy veg.
I use stainless steel straws which are eco friendly, reusable and stylish. You can buy them online.
This makes approx 650mls, so you can sip throughout the day, or this would serve 2 people.
It's quite a thick smoothie, so if you prefer, add more coconut water or strain using a fine mesh sieve, so that it's more of a juice.
The juice of 1 lime
1 handful of spinach
1 small handful of flat leaf parsley
500mls coconut water
Blend the parsley and spinach with 200mls coconut water first, then add the remaining coconut water, lime juice and mango.
