Peanut Butter And Banana Smoothie Bowl
This tastes like a snickers bar in a smoothie....
A great pre or post work out smoothie bowl, healthy breakfast or guilt free, energising snack. Delicious!
2 frozen bananas
2 dessert spoons crunchy peanut butter
50 - 100mls almond milk
A dash of vanilla essence
The consistency is supposed to be thicker than a normal smoothie, like soft scoop ice cream.
Decorate with raw cacao nibs, chia seeds, coconut and sliced banana
