My friend and I managed our long training run for the London marathon this morning, which was 32k. Feeling tired now but happy and relieved that we managed the distance.
I made this soup yesterday and the guacamole and salad take minutes to bring together, so made for a quick and healthy lunch.

The green salad is made up of tomatoes, avocado, cucumber and garden peas with a simple balsamic/olive oil dressing.
