125g blueberries (small punnet)
2 teaspoons chia seeds
1 teaspoon bee pollen
350mls coconut water 🌴 💦
Blend using a high speed blender.
This makes 1 large or 2 small servings (I drank most of this before my run and the rest after) ✨
