Kale, Blueberry, Mango and Avocado Smoothie
This is another pre/post run smoothie. A really simple and quick way to take on a good amount of raw fruit and veg, good fats, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Small handful of kale (or spinach if you prefer)
Small handful of blueberries
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon hemp seeds
1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt
400mls Vitacoco Coconut Water
You can blend the kale and a little coconut water first for 30 seconds and then add the remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth - I usually let the blender run for 60 seconds, especially when using kale and seeds.
