Gently Spiced Dhal With Coconut Cream from Delicious Magazine
I love a dhal recipe. My husband and I travelled around India for a couple of months before we were married, where I pretty much lived on dhal and rice and have never felt so healthy.
These lentils are lightly spiced, then served with coriander, ginger and coconut.
I served with brown rice, lime, coriander and a green salad.
