A quick, simple and easy to make healthy snack, which is high in fibre and a good source of plant based protein.
My kids loves these, so I make them a lot.
Drain a can of chickpeas into a bowl and add 1 tsp of olive oil, a pinch little sea salt and 1 tsp paprika. You could add a little cumin, cayenne pepper or ground coriander too but I tend to keep these simple when making them for my kids. Mix together, then spread the chickpeas out on a baking tray and bake for 30 mins or until crunchy at 180 degrees celcius.
