A Simple, Light Lunch
I am trying to eat loads of greens and more raw food at the moment as I feel so much better when I do, especially in the summer months.
This green salad is made up of:
Edemame beans, raw broccoli, spinach, kale, cucumber and few sliced radishes with this amazing detox dressing:
Minimalist Baker's salad dressing:
1/4 cup of tahini
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
The juice of two lemons
A good pinch of salt and pepper
You can either blend these ingredients or drizzle each one separately over the salad.
