💚 Spring Greens 💚
A really simple and tasty way to eat your greens 💚
2 cloves of garlic
200g baby leaf greens
Finely chop the garlic
Finely chop the onion
Remove the leaves from the thick stalks and cut into strips.
Sauté the garlic and onion in coconut or olive oil over a medium heat until soft, then add the greens for 5 mins. So easy and my older daughter absolutely loves this. I served with veggie burgers and brown rice.
