Apparently, watermelon is going to be the 'new coconut water' this year.
Whether it is or not, this tastes so good and is ridiculously simple to make. The juice is rich in skin loving vitamin A, vitamin C, potassium, lycopene and is great for hydration.
Scoop out the flesh of 1 watermelon and blend for 30 seconds - 1 minute. And that is it.
You can strain using a fine mesh sieve if there are lots of seeds in your watermelon and if you prefer a smoother juice. You could also add a little lime juice too.
