These are such an easy and quick (kid friendly) snack. Great if you have a sweet tooth and are craving cake or chocolate. My friend was telling me that she's eating far too much sugar at the moment and craves all the unhealthy stuff, so I made her these and she loved them. Super healthy and guilt free, they're filling and tasty, fibre rich, pack a protein punch and are a great source of potassium and vitamin B6.
I usually buy Pip And Nut almond butter as the only ingredients: 99.5% almonds and sea salt.
