1/2 pineapple chopped
1 handful spinach
Small handful fresh mint leaves
Juice of 1 lime
Optional - 1 teaspoon chlorella or spirulina
500mls coconut water or water
Blend the green leaves with a little coconut water until smooth, then add the remaining ingredients and blend for a minute.
Add more water if you like a thinner smoothie.
If you prefer a 'juice', you can run this through a sieve.
