My in laws are staying with us this week and I took them to Cowdray yesterday, which is a beautiful estate in Midhurst, West Sussex. They have a farm shop and cafe serving lovely food, so we ate lunch there. They had some great salads and this one was made up of wild rice, cauliflower, kale, charred spring onions, almonds and a saffron dressing. Really tasty.
