A handful of blueberries
1 dessert spoon almond or cashew butter
1 dessert spoon of hemp seeds/chia seeds (I have a glass jar of these seeds mixed together)
300mls almond milk
Blend the ingredients for a minute in a high speed blender (I use a Nutri Ninja but the NutriBullet and Vitamix are both excellent too). Blueberries tend to set smoothies like jelly if you let them sit thanks to their natural pectin content, so it's best to drink this straight after blending.
