This is a taste sensation, really easy to prepare and full of goodness. Makes for a delicious light breakfast or energising snack.
4 passionfruit (flesh of)
1 handful of goji berries
Coyo coconut yoghurt
Cut the papayas in half and removes the black seeds. Mix the passionfruit flesh and goji berries together in a bowl, then divide the mixture into the holes where the papaya seeds were. Add a spoon of coconut yoghurt to each half and enjoy.
