Energy Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 handful of strawberries
1 banana chopped
1 handful cucumber chopped
1 handful spinach
1 dessert spoon of almond butter
250mls oat milk (more or less depending if you like a thin or thick smoothie)
1 scoop of protein powder (I use Vega) - optional but I love this powder because it really fills me up and helps to balance blood sugar levels
Method:
Blend for 60 seconds using a high speed blender (a Nutri Ninja, NutriBullet or Vitamix are all great) and enjoy!
