Açai Bowls

These are super simple to make and I have featured them quite a few times here before. It’s winter, so not the ideal time to eat them but I felt like one and am careful to warm each spoonful in my mouth before swallowing (it’s best to eat and drink warming food and liquid at this time of the year).

This is 3 frozen bananas (I keep loads of peeled bananas in the freezer - very handy for smoothies), a punnet of blueberries and a heaped teaspoon of açai powder blended in a high speed blender (Nutribullet, Nutrininja or Vitamix all great), with a little coconut water.

Decorated with coconut flakes, hemp seeds, linseeds, goji berries, raspberries, papaya, mango, chai seeds. You can go to town on decorating these however you like 🌱💚✨🌴
