Plant Based Raw Cacao Protein Shake


1 small handful jumbo oats

1/2 avocado

1 banana chopped

2 Medjool dates (remove the stones)

1 dessert spoon of raw cacao

1 dessert spoon sunflower seeds

1 scoop of protein powder (I use Vega) - optional but I love because it really fills me up and helps to balance blood sugar levels

300mls almond milk (less or more depending on whether you prefer a thicker or thinner smoothie)


Blend for 60 seconds using a high speed blender (a Nutri Ninja, NutriBullet or Vitamix are all great) and enjoy!
